I am having trouble getting messages from my Angels...... submitted by community member
things are wonderful---I am have trouble with getting messages from my guides n angels or not seeing them. can u help?

Hello Debra, dont forget that guides and Angels are two different things and that they reside in two different dimensions or frequencies. The most important thing is to become clear that you would like to meet your Guardian Angel and then go about making yourself relaxed and calm in your sacred space.
When you are calm call in your Guardian Angel and ask that you be taken on a journey...
Imagine this unfolding in your inner scene... what do you feel in and around you.... what do you see, what do you sense, what do you smell, what do you hear, this is your Guardian Angel.
Write everything in your Angelic Journal..
