There's less and less love in my heart because I'm tired of believing, Michelle. When life is hard and lonely, when nothing changes, when the doors that seem to open always slam on your face, when your dreams seem to fall apart, when you don't know who to trust anymore, and so on, keeping a positive attitude and a heart open to love and fighting against a growing bitterness and distrust gets harder and harder. Yes, you'll probably tell me to take a walk in the nature. Well, I do it when possible, but it's always cold and rainy, and in any case when I'm back home I find the usual world of indifference, a world that is the opposite of the beautiful things I read here in your posts. ‘You may not believe in Angels but they believe in You’
Dear One, your distress is indeed palpable at this time. These things you describe are a test of your faith, this phase is an initiation for your soul. The Angels tell me that you have opened your heart and that you have worked very hard. They want me to thank you for your dedication and progress.
What is happening now, is that you are walking at the front. You are now responsible for opening and creating your own doors and with divine timing, they will open. When we are walking at the front we are creating the energetic groove for others as they come up behind. Do not feel disheartened it is just that at the moment you are on new terrain.
In the past, there have been others at the front paving the way ahead for you. At that time you felt elated, joyous, awakened! Now it is your turn to be an awakener! In your new energetic space you now need to decide ‘what do I want my life to look like? How can I serve?’
It can feel like loneliness at the front. But you are not lonely you are alone! This is a temporary situation based on all your spiritual efforts. With a little more concerted effort now, then all the Earth Angels like yourself, will soon be met by others rapidly approaching from behind.
Sometimes, just as we feel like giving up, it is the moment that everything starts to fall into place. The beautiful things are inside of you and as a leader you can choose to use them now to create the new reality, not only for yourself but also for others. You are no longer a teacher, you are an awakener! Your time is coming, do not give up, just before you reach the summit!
Your rewards will be heaven sent. Remember, heaven is not a place, but a state of being. Reconnect with your heart during meditation and start to work now with Archangel Sandalphon and Archangel Metatron as you walk the Ascension pathway. It is in the being that we beome. Say ‘I am Love’.

for the last 6 nights i have been hearing what sounds like the heart beat of baby when you are pregent, its only in my right ear and not all the time. Could this be an angel tring to tell me something? I'v never experienced anything like this before but have been reading a lot about angels lately and asking for help from them.

Last night I spoke to my Angels about your question - they told me that the sound that you are hearing - is called the Cosmic Heart and the Angels in my meditation showed their own hearts beating in time to the Cosmic Heart.
The sound of the Cosmic Heart is that of a baby receiving love. This is also a sign that you are opening to hear your Angels more clearly.

Michelle, struggling on a super low income day by day, diagnosed with TDR Depression since the 80\s, wanting more than anything to be able to connect with, meet, know, know their name, be able to talk to, know he/she hears you... how can sone like me ever come to know this? You may not believe in Angels but they believe in you
Dear Child of God your Angels always hear you and they are always reaching out to you. Regarding your depression, what is this fear and anger that you are afraid to address and release?
Speak to your Angels about your ‘emotional pain’, why do you feel the need to shut yourself off from the joy of life?
What occurred in the 80’s that started this cycle?
All these problems that you feel have wrapped tightly around your heart like binding cords. It has strangled the joy from your life. But inside, deep inside, is the light. It may be in tight binding but it has never been extinguished.
You are now going to release the binding ties and allow this light to once again radiate out.
Ask Archangel Michael to come and to cut these tight binding cords around your heart. Imagine Archangel Michael using his sword or a sharp pair of scissors now, severing these suffocating binding cords.
Feel your heart expand as they fall to the ground. Imagine the Angels of healing taking these remnants of outdated stuckness away from you. Watch them take them away to be transmuted in the love of God.
Your heart is now able to breath, ask Archangel Jophiel to fill your heart with his illuminating light of Joy, inspiration and hope. Nothing can be resistant in the love of your Angels. Resistance if fear. Fear cannot exist where there is love.
Practice every day filling your heart with the light of love from your Angels. Step by step, you are now going forward. You are no longer stuck, angry, sad. You are no longer depressed.
You are now awakening to the hope, passion and joy that you locked out through trauma and fear.

Meet your Angel meditation....
Meditation undertaken in a dedicated space or room, at a regular time will help your mind and senses to quickly acquire the skills of peace, serenity and tranquillity.Meditation Essentials
• Your meditation room should be comfortably warm and clean of clutter
• Open a window slightly
• Choose a regular time to practise meditation – dawn or dusk are most effective
• Make sure you will not be disturbed for at least 30 minutes
• Make a simple altar as a focus point
• Make yourself comfortable with pillows, rugs and cushions
• Have an extra layer of clothing or a blanket to cover yourself as your temperature may drop during meditation
Meditation Preparation
• Light a candle and /or incense
• Play some soothing Angelic or relaxing music
• Use essential oils in a burner, or a room spray
• Place fresh flowers in your meditation room
• Take a shower or bath and put on clean clothes before you begin
• Wear loose comfortable clothing preferably pastel colours or white
• Hold a crystal
Meditation Posture
• Sit cross-legged or in the lotus yoga position on the floor
• Put a cushion under you so that your pelvis is tilted slightly forward
• Keep your back straight but relaxed
• If your prefer to sit in a chair then choose a straight backed chair and make sure your feet are flat on the floor
• Rest your palms upwards in your lap or rest your palms down on your knees
• If you prefer you can lie flat in the sleep posture
Grounding
• Once you are comfortable imagine that you have roots growing out of the soles of your feet
• Imagine these roots growing deeply and firmly into the earth below you until they reach the centre of the earth
• If you are seated, you can also imagine additional roots growing from the base of your spine into the earth
Relax
• Now take some time to focus on your breathing
• Breathe in to the word love
• Breathe out to the word peace
• In love, out peace
• Continue in a pattern that is comfortable for you until you start to feel relaxed
• Just allow any passing thoughts to come and go
Bring down the essence of your Angel
• Once you are relaxed imagine the essence of your Angels entering into your body through your head
• Imagine this essence as a bright golden light, going right down to your feet and out through the roots to the earth
• Allow the Angel Essence and Light to fill you, every organ, every cell, every thought
• As you breathe in more Angel Essence enters your body
• As you breathe out - breathe out Peace
• Imagine the Peace forming a bubble of protection all around your body, you are totally relaxed and safe in your bubble of peace
• This peace is the peace from your Angel, you are now connected
• Allow the meditation to naturally flow
Finish the meditation
• Thank your Angels
• Open your eyes
• Write down everything that you experienced today in your Angelic Journal
